I was born on the East Coast in New Haven,Connecticut. At a young age my family moved to California for the sunny weather. I was raised in the Napa Valley where I graduated from Napa Valley College and transfered to Sacramento State University. I graduated from CSUS with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Real Estate. I started my career in Commercial Real Estate where I worked as a leasing agent. My office represented Ross Dress For Less from Bakersfield to the Oregon border. I liked the Real Estate field but decided that I would rather help people find homes than work with other businesses. I started with Re/Max Residential in 2002 where I continue to work today.

The fact of the the matter when it comes to Real Estate is that there are a lot of agents out there who tell you they are the best. How do you really know who is telling the truth and who is blowing smoke. I can tell you as an expired listing specialist that many agents think using the MLS is all they need to do to sell your home or find you a new home. In fact that is the #1 complaint I receive when I re-list properties. When it comes to buying and selling real estate you need someone who goes the extra mile for you.

That is why when I enter into a listing agreement I always provide the seller with an additional contract allowing them to exit the listing agreement for any reason if they feel I am not doing enough to sell their property. This is how completely confident I am in my service to you.
