I was born on the East Coast in New Haven, Connecticut. At a young age my family moved to California for the sunny weather. I was raised in the Napa Valley where I graduated from Napa Valley College and transferred to Sacramento State University. I graduated from CSUS with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Real Estate.
I started my career in Commercial Real Estate where I worked as a leasing agent. My office represented Ross Dress For Less from Bakersfield to the Oregon border. I enjoyed the Real Estate field but decided that I would rather help people find homes than work with other businesses so I joined RE/MAX in 2002.
I achieved a lifetime Masters Club membership and I am in the top 3% of Realtors in Sacramento. I worked as one of the top buyers agents on a Fannie Mae REO team for 5-6 years during the foreclosure crisis during which in 2010 I closed 50 total deals wiht 46 of them being buyers!
The face of the matter is when it comes to Real Estate, there are a lot of agents out there who will tell you they are the best. I have sold from 30-50 homes per year for the last 8 years in a row. Take a look at my Yelp, Zillow, and Trulia reviews by clicking the links below.
I treat every client as if they were a member of my own family and only offer advice that I personally would follow. I will often tell a client "this home is not a good deal and I think you should pass" as I want them to get a great deal so they will be a client for life. When it comes to buying and selling real estate you need someone who goes the extra mile for you.
